How it works

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open only to current active Verbo students.

• Referred contacts must be new to Verbo, meaning they have never contacted, studied with, or requested a demo session before.

2. Reward Structure

• You can earn up to 8 free sessions per referral, distributed as follows:

  • 2 sessions when your referral contacts Verbo and mentions your name.

  • 2 sessions when your referral attends a demo session.

  • 4 sessions when your referral officially enrolls in a paid Verbo program.

Rewards are cumulative but applied progressively after each stage is verified

3. Reward Delivery

• Free sessions are added manually by Verbo’s administrative team once each condition is verified.

• Rewards must be redeemed within 90 days after the purchased plan has ended.

• Free sessions cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another student, or combined with other promotions.

4. Verification & Fair Use

To maintain fairness and program integrity:

• Verbo reserves the right to verify all referrals and reject suspicious or incomplete leads, including:

  • Fake or duplicate accounts.

  • Self-referrals (students referring themselves under another name).

  • Referred individuals who do not demonstrate genuine interest (e.g., never reply, cancel repeatedly, or only contact to trigger rewards).

• Verbo may request proof of relationship or contact between referrer and referral if necessary.

• Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or exploit the Program will result in immediate disqualification and potential suspension from Verbo services.

5. Administrative Clause

• The Program is offered as a goodwill incentive, not a contractual obligation.

• In case of dispute, Verbo Language Solutions’ decision shall be final and binding.

• Any interpretation of these terms will favor maintaining fairness, transparency, and good faith.
